I use two Resprionics machines, one is a cpap with an integrated heated humidifier (5 settings) and the other is an auto which also has a humidifier which is either on or off (no settings) heatwise but it can be used as a passover. I often have to get up during the night to use my prescribed sea salt nasal spray and I wondered if anyone has ever put sea salt directly into the distilled water and used it either heated or cold? I was recently advised on this forum that there are no safe additions but I had asked specifically about medications and oils so this is slightly different. English Eric
