Try mask 2 see if I have UARS?

I have many reasons to think I have UARS and that is what is causing my constant arousals. My sleep study even said to look into UARS. I'm having trouble finding a sleep center that uses the special probe to test for UARS during a sleep study. So, what else can I do to determine if that is causing my insomnia?? Would I just go rent a mask that they use for sleep apnea and try it one night to see if I sleep well?

My insomnia is quickly ruining my life, please tell me how I can determine if I have UARS. Thanks!!!
