cpap has no pressure on my nose...

sleep study says i have negative obstructive sleep ap. does this mean i have central sa.
when i put the mask on my mouth i get a lot of pressure. when i put it on my nose i can hardly breathe. had a deviated septum and turbinates removed. the ent docs say my head and sinus area look clear. anyone have ideas whats making it blocked up. the docs are no help. thanks
