What mask are you using? I am using the Quattro face mask. It goes around the nose and mouth. I have a bi-pap at 16--12 pressure. The nasal pillow I loved, but it blew out my sinuses with that much pressure. I put a sweat band around the top of the mask--just below the screw setting and one around the tubing just below the mask and that has stopped a lot of the leaking. You need to talk to your supplier, as they should replace that one and try you on another for free until you get one you can use. And, yes, you really do need to use it as it is dangerous not to. Let us know!
