I don't wash my tubing every day. Once a week is fine. I do however disconnect it from the machine. I wash the mask every morning and remove the water and wash that as well. ALWAYS use your machine at night to not do so is putting you at risk. I know it would feel like heaven not to wear it one night, but please don't succumb to that feeling. I always read for awhile before putting my mask on, but the minute I feel drowsy, on goes the mask!
