My brother had tissue removed from the back of his throat and then had the mouth piece fitted by a dentist. Nothing worked and he was out a lot of mone. He so wanted to get off the cpap, but after going through the surgery and mouth piece he is still on the machine,. I would be careful about that, but at that price, it might be worth a try. I myself would be very wary about it.
