Don't know if it's any good, but there's a mask called the "Sleep Weaver." It is made of fabric rather than hard plastic. I think it's only available as a nasal mask, but I'm not sure about that.

Also, if you not using a heated humidifier, try doing so. Hint; if it's integrated or built in. or if it has it's own plug it's heated, otherwise it's not.
