I would suggest you go back to step one and do what the MD has told you and your father you should do. We have all been through the same thing and until you understand that pap is the way instead of pills you can hurt yourself until it is too late.

Go back and read all the posts here through the years.

It may not be easy but for "easy" you do not get the best results.
