I have a Respironics Remstar auto M series A-flex machine and lately I have been having a problem with pressure. Right about the time I am falling asleep, the pressure increases and wakes me up. This happens off and on most of the night. I recently switched to the A-flex setting and I am wondering if this is being caused by the pressure being too high or too low. At this point I'm not thinking too clearly. If anyone has any suggestions, I could use the help. I have an appointment with the sleep specialist in a couple of months, but I don't know if I can wait that long.
