I just watched a television commercial that several times made reference to the "torture" of using a CPAP mask. Having used a CPAP mask nightly for more than seven years, I just want to go on record as saying I find nothing "torturous" about using a CPAP mask. Many mornings, I have to reach up and touch my face to see if the mask is still on my face. If someone has an alternative treatment for sleep apnea, so be it, but I don't see what is gained by cultivating the idea that wearing a CPAP mask is "torture." What a bunch of baloney!
