This is the CPAP forum, most here would prefer it over surgery. The non-cpap forum is more accepting of surgery options.

If you've already been selected as a good candidate for MMA by a decent surgeon who has done a lot of MMAs FOR apnea, then go with it.

Go back later and get the septo and turb reduction.

You will not get 2 ENTs to give you the same answer, and many ENTs have a treatment bias towards what they can perform.

Just my 2 cents.
