Of course, those who are not getting enough sleep are in trouble, but what this study totally misses is that those who are getting "More" sleep are likely doing so because their sleep is less than optimal - probably due to a sleep breathing disorder, over caffination, etc. Which we all know now is linked to cardio and other problems.
I really don't know if these researchers are ever gonna get it.
