Actually, I would encounrage all buyers only to buy dual voltage items (that can run with 110 or 220). Most newer items, medical or otherwise, are made that way. The exception is refigerators, washing machines, etc. because they're too heavy and bulky for travel anyhow.

Especially, I would discourage buyers from buying items that don't run on the home voltage!
