Thanks for your comments. My plan is to see if the appliance gives me a
benefit, or no benefit. My plan is either use the appliance or use nothing,
so at least the oximeter will tell me if it's worth the discomfort of using
the appliance or not. Realistically my problem isn't severe enough that I'm
going to use CPAP or surgery.
