I have always been puzzled at my surgeries. I have been under general after I tell them I have apnea, and am on CPAP....and they say "no problem" and just ignore the issue. Maybe I'm intubated, so there's no need? After, when they had the oximeter on my finger, it would go off every time I dozed off, and for 3 days I was in the hospital without a CPAP.
