I had the nasal pillows and dearly loved it. But, when they upped my pressure from 8 to 16, they just blew out my sinuses something awful. I tried one again two nights ago, and same thing, sinuses went nuts. I am having a hard time getting a seal with anything with the pressure so high. Thanks for answering me, though.
