I switched to a Comfort Gel full face mask from a nasal mask last March. On the balance, it's been an improvement. The biggest improvement is that it doesn't irritate the skin right under my nose. Leaks are not that much more of a problem than they were with the nasal mask. The only drawback is its size, which creates a large blind spot that prevents seeing the same object with both eyes. I found the best solution to that problem is to wear a sleep mask with it.
