That's really high pressure, no wonder your nose is dry! I was oon 16 and they are currently trying 14 pressure on me. I use saline drops or Ary. What mask are you using? I had just the nasal pillow, but it blew out my sinus, so went to the Mirage Quantro, which blew out my eyes--swollen beyond belief every morning--now I am on the Res Med Liberty--you breathe through both the mouth and the nose. First they put me on the large mask with med. pillows, but now they put me on the small with the small pillows and it is working out pretty good! Your company that is supplying your masks has to work with you to find one that works for you. They can send back any one within 30 days and try another one and another--depending on fit. So, don't just sit back and fight it! They have to find you the best fit for you. Make noise!! Are you on a C-Pap or a Bi-Pap? I'm on a Bi-Pap
Good luck! Pat
