Does your CPAP have a humidifier? Some cpap machines have them built in,
some don't and can be added. Many people find they help with dry sinuses.
There are different types, the heated humidifier is popular but some people
prefer one without heat.

There are many postings describing various humidifier systems so a forum
search is a good idea.
