Just talked to my Therapist and she said to use the ARY Gel. Here you have to ask the pharasist for it as they have it behind the counter. She said it's better thatn the drops. She also said they have a foam spray that works good. The last few days I have had bad nose bleeds in one nostril, so hope that stops!
Does your mask just cover your nose, or is it a nasal pillow?
