15 episodes an hour maybe CALLED moderate, but that number doesn't tell all, and from your symptoms I'd say you are severe. You're gonna have to fight hard for a solution here as soon as possible and it may require more than CPAP, so just keep your mind open about the other options if you exhaust CPAP.
