Wanted your input, maybe somebody can enlighten me. I wear a zzz full face mask and use an M series autopap titrated low pressure 5.5, high pressure 9.5. I usually go to bed around 1200 pm and wake up between 2:00 and 3:00 pm. I still have my mask on and after checking my machine it says my ahi is only 2.8. I read for a while and go back to sleep for another couple hours and after 10-12 hrs of this on a good day I feel okay. With out the cpap I wake up with my mouth fully open and very dried out- anybody relate to this?
