You have to keep sleeping with the CPAP. It is an adjustment. It will prolong your life and save you from future cardiovascular problems and diabetes. I strongly suggest that you accept CPAP. You have to get your head around it. In the beginning, your body is not used to it. After a while it will get used to it. Your brain learns to adapt to it. Keep trying.
