Posted by mjr0123 on February 08, 2011 at 09:42:39:I have been having poor quality sleep for 4 years and am unsure of the cause. The main syptoms are:
+ Wake up 12-30 times a night. Sometimes very briefly, other times for awhile. No problem falling a sleep.
+ TIRED
+ Very vivid dreams that seem to go on forever
+ Headache most of the time
+ Floaters in my vision (spots and sometimes little lights)
+ Dizziness
+ Seem to sleep better on my side than on my back (in other words, I wakeup less when sleeping on my side)Three years ago I had a sleep study and it showed mild sleep apnea. I used CPAP and bipap for over a year and neither helped - in fact I think I sleep somewhat better without them.
I've seen two sleep doctors and both seem out of ideas. I am 35 and overall am healthy (aside from the symptoms above).
I really need some help and am hoping someone in this forum may have an idea on what can be the cause of my symptoms.
Thanks
