Due to insurance demands, Doctors look at numbers to decide severity.
Sometimes numbers work but many times the numbers don't tell the story.
Severity should be determined by how it effects your waking hours and from
the list you give above, which points to osa, I would say you have severe
sleep apnea and need to find a treatment that works.Don't give up the search.
