I would start by emailing the company and see if they have the manual
online. Many companies will provide manuals in the form of a pdf file for
their devices. I would also do a search in the UK for a ResMeds
representative, they do direct sales there. You may be able to purchase the
missing piece locally.

I don't know how the medical system works in the UK but most sleep labs
work with a company to set up the machine and make pressure adjustments. I
would try contacting the sleep lab where you were prescribed CPAP and see
if they can help out.
