In the U.S. it would be illegal for you to adjust the pressure yourself. However, the law in the U.K. may be different. If it's legal, they'll send you a manual (you might have to pay though).

Almost all CPAPs are dual voltage, so your 240 volts, 50 hertz electricity would not be an issue (we're 110 volts, 60 hertz). The plug shape is different, but a simple adapter will do.
