I not familiar with the Mayo Clinic. I do know the Stanford sleep lab measures esophageal pressure which picks up UARS. It gives you a true measurement of effort to
breath which is most important. Their test look for all types of sleep disorders. I
would suspect the Mayo clinic checks for all types also so you should contact them
and see if they collect esophageal pressure.Best wishes,
