Where did you get your sleep study done at? I had 2 sleep studies done at accredited sleep disorders clinic which showed nothing but spontaneous arousals, snoring and mild UARS. I went to Stanford Sleep disorders clinic for a sleep study which found that I had an RDI of 14 and many flow limitations. I was diagnosed with mild/moderate OSA but felt very debilitated due to the flow limitations. After failing cpap and two oral appliances, I had the mma jaw surgery and still have OSA but do feel about 40-50% better. I am continuing to look for solutions....
