Since having the UP3 surgery I've tried to go back to using CPAP but cannot keep my mouth closed because the surgery eliminated the natural seal.

I have used a full face mask but it presses on the side of my nose and that causes it to plug.

I've used nasal pillows by Opus and they work until my mouth opens and then it stops working. I've tried elastic bands around my head but cannot keep my mouth sealed.

Any suggestions?
