Catherine,

Why do you think that you need a BiPap? If you did OK with a plain old CPAP on your sleep study, you should do OK with it at home, I would think.

I would have recommended the AIOmed Everest 3 CPAP. Unfortunately, it was discontinued to a fire in their factory. It is small, has a battery backup and, an integrated humidifier, and automatic altitude adjustment.

My old machine (which is still my backup) is an F&P HC-233. It is also a good machine, but it is nearly twice as large, has manual altitude control, and no battery backup. It is still my backup machine; I try to use it twice per month or so to insure that it's in good working order.

Interestingly, I discovered that if I use the carry bag for the old one, I can fit the new one and my camera (not the pocket variety of camera).
