Redmed S9 autoset vs Respironics

Has anyone here used Resmed S9 autoset or respironics PRI DS550HS? If so, I'd love to get your feedback for either model. I saw a reply to my previous posting that some models have automatic altitude adjustment. Is it really important? Also, what about battery backup? The Resmed was really quiet but the water container cannot be opened for thorough cleaning. The screen is also very bright. It's a plus during the day, I am not sure if it would be an issue at night being too bright and all.

The Respironics model does have a water chamber that is easy to ope and clean, but it's a bit noisier and the screen isn't as nice.

The company I chose was really pushing for one of the above two models.
