Acording to the numbers everything looks normal except the desat down to
78%. I have never seen a desat that low with mild sleep apnea, typically
you will see it with severe sleep apnea.The sleep deprivation could have repressed some arousals but it should also
increase the severity of osa. You should have gone in with your normal
amount of sleep.The only thing that I can think of is UARS, which doesn't usually show up
on the study without monitoring endoesophageal pressure. Typically the lab
would use a small flexible tube that measures pressure in the esophagus.If you are getting a lot of sleep and still having lots of sleepiness then
it doesn't sound like a sleep schedule problem to me.Just from looking at the data I can't even make a good guess as to what is
going on.Just my opinions without seeing the study or medical history.
