Thank you for the responses everybody I really appreciate the ideas. Yeah that's what I keep running through my head is why the oxygen saturation was so low? Also I keep thinking maybe I have insomnia but that doesn't make sense cause I sleep a lot. I sleep as much as 14 hours at a time on the weekends or the days off. And the time I was at my aunts that was darn near 20 hours and I was still really tired when I woke up. I wanted to go back to bed after an hour. You would think at some point I would feel refreshed but I never do and I always have extremely bad morning headaches, ever since middle school they used to be painfully bad. Like I couldn't stand people talking or talking myself because it hurt so bad.

I was wondering seeing how I already forked out 1,500 for the last study that maybe it would be wiser instead of doing another study that's the same. Maybe trying one with a CPAP machine and seeing if it makes me feel any better. Do they usually allow you to do that with out having clear evidence of sleep apnea?

Also in response to another post they did have a nasal cannula on me does that usually check for UARS?

And again just the other nite I nearly fell asleep twice and both times I work up feeling sufficated and gasping for air! Once I felt myself completely stop breathing. Then I ended up not sleeping much that nite.

Are tests greatly affected if you sleep on your side?
