Nasal cannulas measuring airflow and breathing movement sensors do not detect
UARS. The pressure inside the throat has to be measured.

You should look for a sleep lab in your area that test for UARS. I would ask
them what method they use for the test. If it just involves nasal cannulas
and movement sensors, call another lab. UARS needs internal pressure
measurements to be accurate.
