Adalat is a calcium channel blocker that works by relaxing blood vessels
and reducing the work of the heart. Whether that will affect sleep apnea is

I would think it would be safe if you are using cpap. Another HBP med,
Lotensin, is a ACE inhibitor which shouldn't effect breathing during sleep
and has very few side effects.

If my doctor didn't take sleep apnea seriously I would be looking for
another doc.
