Hi, I'm new to the forum here and have a question. Have always felt very tired during the daytime so I got checked out. Was diagnosed with a "mild" case of Sleep Apnea with a 9.5 RDI. They put me on the machine for 10 days, and when I returned and they downloaded the information she told me that it went down to zero while using the machine. However I still felt no different, just as tired as usual. She told me it would take about 3 months and then I would start feeling better.

Is this true? Does it take months to catch up on your sleep, or is that about how long it takes your body to feel rested again? Any insight you guys have would be appreciated, I'm just so tired of feeling so tired all the time. Thank you very much in advance.
