HELP with Bipap AutoSV Advanced

There MUST be someone out there that has this machine (Respironics Bipap AutoSV Advanced) besides me. I have tried several Apnea forums and received no replies. It's a new type machine. It's basically for people with mixed obstructive and central sleep apnea. Runs around 6 grand - insurance paid. It has a complicated breathing process that one has to get use to. I had hoped to find someone that had already mastered the process and could give me some tips. Thank you.
