I received the following email message from one of my American Internet Marketer friends today (I take it everyone knows what E.D. is?) "E.D. sufferers on the lookout for an easy way to treat their condition may have found it- ED can be improved simply by sleeping more, a duo of studies presented at the May 14th American Urological Association found (http://www.auanet.org/content/press/press_releases/article.cfm?articleNo=228) . One study found a strong link between sleep apnea –a common sleep disorder that makes it difficult to breath during the night—and ED. Those with sleep apnea had double the ED risk when compared to those with normal sleep patterns.
The researchers aren’t sure why those with sleep apnea have issues with E.D. but they speculate that sleep may be important for regulating hormone involved in sexual function. The researchers add that those with sleep apnea should be treated by their doctor and should ensure that they get at least 9 hours of sleep per night".
This was news to me so I thought it deserved a larger audience - as for the 9 hours sleep, I usually manage on 3-4 max. Eric
