Because of the severity my OSA, not using a CPAP (even for a Saturday afternoon nap) is out of the question. Before I got it, I said that I would skip CPAP while on vacation. By the second morning, the improvement was so dramatic that the idea of not using it on vacation was out of the question!

So I guess that f you must have OSA, it's better to have a severe case. Ironic, isn't it???!!!!
