I use a Fisher & Paykel Opus 360 Nasal Pillows Mask, and it works very well for me. It's very comfortable, and I think you have greater flexibility in how you can place your head on the pillow with the nasal pillows as compared with a regular mask. It looks a little strange to have the tube come over the top of the head (and you can leave the tube loose if you want), but it actually works quite well and helps keep the hose out of the way. The nasal pillows (and the rest of the mask) should be replaced periodically, but they actually last quite a long time.
