Yes, my rem was real low and the majority of my sleep was stage 2, with stage 1 being next and then a very small amount of stage 3.

Did you have hundreds of sleep stage changes as well?

I don't think I can tolerate a cpap. I also have severe back problems now from ongoing insomnia so I don't feel well sleeping on my back. It seems like I may be able to get the study at Stanford and then if that shows osa or uars, hopefully get a dental device or surgery. What helped you? Did you cure yours?

Also, why are some sleep drs so stupid? I had hypopneas- no, hypopneas, ANY hypopneas are not normal for a person especially at age 26. It was mild sleep apnea, but the doctor didn't even mention it to me!!
