Oh crap I thought I had a cpap, but it is a bipap auto m series. (I convinced the sleep dr to let me try one too) Havent tried it yet. I dont know the difference between bipap and cpap. Will bipap work as well and help uars?? Do you know about it?

You said you used sedatives in the beginning. Did they work? I've tried all sleeping pills and none work. I guess they would work if using them with sleep apnea treatment?

You said it took you a year to get used to it- wow!! But did you start feeling better and getting better sleep before a year, I hope?? How soon did it start helping?

Wow! That is what I had when this all started too- trouble falling asleep, waking every few hours, etc. It started taking me like an hour to fall asleep (which I thought was due to anxiety) and I used to wake every hour or so during the night to use the restroom. But I also remember I stopped sleeping on my back after my daughter was born and I used to love it. And a few times, I woke up choking.

Also, if bipap will help at all, I want to try it since I have one. What setting should I set it on?? (How did you know what to try?) pressure, etc...
