Bipap setting for supposed UARS??

Hi! I borrowed a bipap (is this going to work since it isn't a cpap?) from doctor to try and see if I have uars and if machine helps. Does anyone know what settings/pressure, etc it needs to be on?? I want to have success with it and get my life back! Thanks!!!!
