I believe I mentioned trying auto-cpap, which can titrate to the correct pressure. Bipap
and normal cpap machines do not.

Even auto-cpap need to be set up correctly to be able to find the right pressure so you
would need someone who knows the machine to set it up. There is no one pressure setting
for mild, moderate or severe sleep apnea. Someone with moderate to mild could require a
high pressure. They typically count apneas to determine severity not the level of
pressure needed to correct them.
