The Fisher & Paykel Sleepstyle 600 doesn't beep. In fact, it's so quiet on startup that I put my hand next to the air tube to verify whether it has started (it takes a couple of seconds to start). It has a heated tube, which is great for me, but may not be approved by your insurance. Perhaps other CPAPs of the same brand share the same quietness.
