Daytime sleepiness is not considered a measure of severity at this time. This is because, in part, it cannot be quantified objectively.

However, if the other indicators show OSA (especially if it's severe), you should treat it. The risk of complications (stroke, heart attack, diabetes, etc.) exists even if you think that you feel fine.
