First you have to determine if its allergies that are causing the sneezing and runny nose or is it a cold. If it is a cold very little you can do except get better quick. If it is allergies aRX nasal spray such as Nasonex and Taking a Zyrtec tablet everyday has worked for me. I am on the golf course 3 to 4 days week and am allergic to grass and trees. Keep using your CPAP as your life will be better. I am on it for 12 years and it is part of my life....and the machines and masks are so much better today that my wife no longer complains of the noise. Keep in touc hand let the forum know how you are doing.
