Funny, I never really thought much about compliance, I just “complied.” The first morning I felt rather weird and light headed. The second morning I felt wide awake as never before. After a few weeks, that super alert state passed. However, I still feel much better than I felt before CPAP. That was twelve years ago.

Meanwhile, I’ve traveled to thirteen countries on five continents, never without CPAP. That includes one ocean going cruise ship and two river cruises.
