Humidifier not heating > 10,000 ft.

This is a somewhat interesting problem. I was worried about the machine not blowing or not blowing enough, but I never thought to worry about the humidifier not heating up. Even the pre-heater didn’t work. When I was back at a lower altitude, it worked just fine.
Fortunately, it did blow.
